If you sign up for a paid tier of the Service as a Subscriber, we will ask you to provide certain information in order to set up your account. We ask all Subscribers to provide a name, a company (if available), a phone number, and an email address. We will also require financial data, such as credit card information and billing addresses from Subscribers, so that we can handle billing. If you are a Subscriber, a Ginkgo representative may call you to verify your information.

Social Sharing:
When you use any social sharing function we may provide to share our products and Site, your sharing activity will be processed through a third party's site or service. These third parties' privacy policies, not ours, govern the collection and use of the information collected on those sites.

User-Generated Content:
If you use our user-generated content services, such as publishing information using aPagewith information about a property or streetscape activity and sharing it publicly, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Information about our users and our Site is a business asset of Ginkgo. Consequently, information about our users, including personal information, will be disclosed as part of any merger or acquisition, creation of a separate business to provide the Site, our services or fulfill products, sale or pledge of company assets as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. You will be notified by way of email using the email address provided in your account or a notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any options you may have regarding the control of your personal information.
